About Us

Our Story

We are Jaime and Jimmy Sutton. Fitness has been a major part of both our lives since childhood from playing intramural and school sports to becoming Division 1 athletes where we met at Marist College.

Since graduating, we both could not stay away from fitness. In 2010 Jaime started J’aime Fitness and began personal training in-home all over Philadelphia. She also worked at Fairmount gyms such as PSC and Lifesport. Right out of school, Jimmy coached college basketball at Keystone College, Penn State University The Behrend College and Hamilton College.

In 2016, Jaime opened J’aime Fitness’ first brick and mortar location bringing Fairmount it’s only dedicated personal training studio. After having our son that same year, Jimmy worked to join Jaime and make it a family business.

We are excited to offer Fairmount personal training and a variety of classes with an emphasis on family and community. We wanted a place where anyone in the neighborhood felt welcomed and knew they would get a great workout. We look forward to seeing you soon.

Giving Back

Cycle for Survival

Rare cancer patients make up about half of all people fighting cancer, but they often have limited or no treatment options because rare cancer research is drastically underfunded. Cycle for Survival raised $26 million in 2022 — more than $340 million since 2007. Every single dollar is directly allocated to rare cancer research at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.

Every year Jaime and Jimmy participate in memory of Jane Sutton who lost her battle to rare cancer in 2016. You can donate to our team using this link.
